Bolts are another important type of fastener, with stronger fastening force and larger size compared to screws, making them particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications. The external thread design of the bolt enables it to tightly fit with the nut or threaded hole, thereby firmly fixing objects without threaded holes together.
Structure of bolts

Each part of the bolt also has its unique function. The head is usually designed as a hexagonal or square shape, which makes it easy for us to use a wrench or other tool for tightening operations. The handle may have some or all threads, which allows the bolt to fit tightly with the nut or threaded hole. And the thread, as a key part of the bolt, has a diameter and strength higher than ordinary screws to ensure sufficient grip during the tightening process. As for the tip, its shape is usually flat or slightly circular, which helps the bolt provide stable guidance when penetrating the material.
